Please note that during office hours we may not be able to answer the phone if in the middle of a difficult job. If this happens, the best way to get in touch is to send a text message or Whatsapp to the mobile number (not the landline) and we will get back to you ASAP. You can leave a voicemail on the office number, but it may take a while to listen and get back to you, Text message is best!

If you do go ahead and we visit you, then we will have to charge a callout fee to cover our expenses. Whilst we would quite like to be able to come and investigate your problems for free, it's simply not viable if we want to stay in business. We now have to apply this charge because some people just want to use us as a free consultancy service.

Unfortunately this does mean we can't usually come and give you free quotations, but we can certainly give you an accurate idea of the likely cost over the phone.

Lastly, if you're looking for somebody to come and do a really cheap job, then we almost certainly can't help you. We use only good quality materials and we don't rush the work so only call us if you want things done properly. Check our rogues gallery pages to see why the lowest price quote isn't always the best! We have fixed thousands of installations which the customer only had done by others recently, so going cheap often means paying twice!
